I had to repair the front sheet metal and the pans.....

Undercoated the bottom....

POR'ed the top...

I also narrowed the front beam 4 "......

Cut the shock towers off....

Cleaned up the ends...

Cut the beem at the center....

Added the adjusters....the one on the left are the ones I used...

And welded on the end plates....

Cleaned up the welds..

The finished beam....

Check out the size difference...

On the test pan to weld the beam up ....

Thanks guys I still have some more on the body to fix . This poor car looked to be in good shape but a closer inspection it was in sad shape it was a gift so i have to bring it back but with a little twist....

Home made peddle pads. I started with raw alum.

My pattern.

Cut out the blanks

drilled out the pads.

The finished pads..
