mystery wire

I have a loose wire under the hood coming from the fuse block (one nearest 9 pin relay). It is black and is hot when the key is turned on. I counted a total of 8 black wires coming from this fuse. The end of the wire has solder on it, but I can't find where it would go.

Would you be able to post a picture? Maybe that could help others to give you an answer...
