Turn stalk screw

I am looking for the single set screw for my turn stalk. It also had a metal 'tang' that sits in the opening of the turn stalk. If you know the part number, or what years used the same set screw, both would be helpful. Any suggestions for an alternative solution is appreciated. Thanks, in advance.
