Hi all,

I'm the proud new owner of a project '66 Beetle with a sunroof. It has the original 1300cc engine (albeit disassembled and in a couple of boxes. And the numbers match in the way VW did numbers matching ;-)

My wife and I have a lot of work to do to get it road worthy. But it's a solid body and chassis, except for the rusted through battery tray area. It was originally Bahama Blue with black vinyl interior.

Very cool Jeff, it looks like a solid car to restore. It's also great to have the original engine, that almost never happens. Hope to see more pictures when you have her done!
