Window goodness.

Seems the Starter is in order if you are moving to climate related issues.

The window mechanism is like a long spring used as a gear inside a tube. When you crank the window you are moving the spring and the attachment points for the window are also attached to the spring that moves in the tube. The sping came with lube in it that over time dries out. That is usually the cause of the noise.

If you get the door panel off you can see part of the tube near the crank in the hole on the inner panel. The tube is about 24 inches long and curves through the door istelf and needs to be cleaned and lubed the entire length.

The following is a good how to remove the mechanism to clean and lube as needed to stop the noise.
