Quality parts supplier

I've ordered parts from a number of suppliers recently - I got my Bug 3 months ago - and have found good and bad. I'm not gonna mention the bad, but there are some good ones, here's a few I've dealt with.

California Import Parts (www.cip1.com) have a huge inventory, and are very helpful on the phone with technical queries. They update their site every couple of hours, so you won't pay for something only to find out later that it's on back order. Shipping may be expensive, though, to UK/Europe, but they will ship to you there.

Wolfsburg West are another big parts company in the US who ship internationally. They cater for restorers more than hot rodders, and do not do performance parts (unless they are vintage/period correct.)

For carburetor parts, Carb Junkys have the fastest turnaround I've ever seen - order Monday, arrive Thursday. WagenWerks.iz likewise, for various small parts.

Hope this helps.
