According to some opinions, Krylon Almond is a close match to the most common wheel paint color, which is L87 Pearl white.
Check here for more info and color matches...

If you have a Sea blue or Bahama Blue Beetle, the wheel color should be L289 Blue-White, I see no match listed.

Krylon Almond

I've had real good luck with Krylon's "Almond" paint, as well- it's just the slightest bit brighter than my original paint- but it's great for hidden interior touch ups or wheel rims that have some distance between them and original panels. Wouldn't try blending it into anything original or big and visible like a fender, but it's not bad- and fairly inexpensive and durable, too.
