Finally got the time to work a little on Beatrice yesterday. Was in much need of a service and a bit of TLC. Replaced the points with a powerspark ignition module. Such an easy conversion and what a difference. No flat spots and it feels so much more punchier through the gears. Very happy. Will monitor fuel consumption from now on and see if I can notice a difference.

Am wanting to do the same. Any tips where to purchase the module? I'm new to bug ownership, and still sorting out the suppliers.

Im fairly new myself to the bug scene. I just picked my module up of eBay. It's a powerspark branded one. Such an easy install. Don't know why more people don't do it.
