Antenna cable

I'm missing the cable that goes between the antenna and my Blaupunkt radio. Are these standard connectors? Anyone know where I could get this? I keep finding antennas with cables on the web but not the cable alone.

The antenna with cable is so cheap, why not buy the whole enchilada?

True. I just hate throwing out perfectly good parts. I guess that's why I'm driving a 46 year old car...
