You'll need a 17 mm and 19mm wrenches (or 19mm and vise grips.) Simply buy shocks and install. The choice of shocks is yours, because no two people will give you the same advise.

(Also, please turn off the caps lock. It looks like YOU'RE SHOUTING.)
