Are all the export model 66 VW's (113's) equiped with the female
receiver in the door pillar to change to the 3 point belts?
If so, what modifications are required to install the 3 point system in my stock 66 Bug?
Who sells the best belt kit to do it?

Seat belts
As is on many years, on the 1966 there is a plastic plug with a Phillips #2 head in the "B" pillar. Just bellow the grab handle. This is the factory location for the shoulder portion of the seat belt. EISparts.com or Jbugs.com or many other VW places offer 3point seat belts between $30 and $40. Many come with the Wolfsburg crest option. They are fixed belts with no retraction. However you can install later year retractable units but are more expensive.
