does any one know where can i find a new or used good condition chassis?

the samba, ebay, your local criagslist (if you're some place they they have craigslist).

What's wrong with your pan? As long as it's straight, you can get almost all replacement sheet metal and parts for it.

Thank for your info. My pan is rusted from the middle to the front.

Ok, take a look over at www.wolfsburgwest.com They have replacement sheet metal that is of exceptional quality and will probably set you back less than getting a replacement pan. Plus your numbers will still match.

You can buy a complete new Brazil chassis for $899 from Aircooled.net.

Keep in mind the serial number is stamped in the chassis, and switching can create problems.

Unless the tunnel or framehead is rusted out, you can have new floors welded to your existing chassis.
