I have a bleeding question. Do you need to bench bleed the new master cylinder before bolting it to the car? We do this on GM model cars. I replaced all lines and have a new MC, so my whole system is dry, any tricks to bleed the system? Also if my brake pedal does not spring back does this mean that spring/pedal are bad and should be replaced?
Thanks
OK the MC must have been bad. put the new one on and got fulid to all wheels. My brake pedal still does not spring back. Is it bad, can it be fixed or does it have to be replaced?
Well took all pedals off and the return spring is rusted and broke. So a new spring is what I need. Still learning about this car. A bit different then my GM Oldsmobile.
