Clunking Noise

When driving on rough roads I can hear a loud clunking noise that seems to be coming from the left rear wheel area. I doesn't happen on smooth roads. The shocks are new and evrything seems tight. Has anybody else had this problem?

It could be the spring plate bushing.

Thanks. I bet it is not going to be fun to replace those.
