i think thats my fault, ive put it back wrong any ideas how to get it back to stock height?

i am in the UK got a coat of primer on the car today i ll try and post up some pics once its charged

we put so much salt on our roads it rots any metal so easily. i have a 2003 land rover and the chassis need some welds this year
