Original looking air cleaner - with better element?

I am looking for an original looking air cleaner but with a gauze element inside it. I have seen them made before. Has anyone done this on this forum? Know where I can get one?

There's nothing that filters better than the stock oilbath air cleaner. These were phased out in the '70s due to the higher cost and concerns about emissions.

Wouldn't be hard to make one on your own if you have the oil bath box.
