I managed to finish painting the chassis last night with two coats of VW jet black and a laquer coat. Its a bit over the top for something thats going to be covered up in sounproofing and carpets I know but hey, it looks good. Big build up begins on Friday when beam, brakes, gearbox, suspension etc ...

Check that the timing is not 180 degrees out and that condenser is correctly connected to the earth side of the coil.
