Never mind. I figured out my issue is the stop plate.

Can someone please post a pic of what the pedal assembly is supposed to look like. I'm trying to replace the spring for the brake pedal and don't think it's on the correct way at the moment.

If you're having problems starting with the engine warn try flooring the gas pedal as you turn the ignition.
