Yes I was told to leave the starter alone and switch all the other electical parts. Thanks for the info on the flywheel teeth

6v to 12v

I have a 66 vw that I want to convert to 12v. I can't find a good complete kit anywhere. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. Thanks

I got a 1922 VW bug last Sept. Worked on it threw the winter and got it running good now.
